Hi team,

I would like to keep switching frequency constant in the condition Vin=10V, Vout=8V at 2.1MHz.

Unfortunately at worst case condition, toff-min and fosc violate the constant frequency operation.

Could you please give me a characterization data at 100degC just for a reference for me to do a feasibility study?

Parameters : VFB_ADJ, toff-min, fosc

condition : N40 < Tj < 100degC

Thank you for your patience. We don't have the data of T=100C and not sure if the data of T=150C helps. Please find the data of T=150C as below.

VFB: min 0.99789 max 1.0052

Toff_min: min 58ns, max 61ns

fosc: min 2.05MHz, 2.12MHz

Hi Wu-san,

Could you share me the operating condition and "statistical condition" of the data you shared?

Is that over 3 sigma or 6sigma, how much is the sample size?

Hi Shinji,

I don't have that kind of information. Regarding the sample size, the number 30 is often used as a rule of thumb for a minimum sample size in statistics because it is the point at which the central limit theorem begins to apply. The units we use for the batch test data are 30. Hope it helps.
