One of my customers is evaluating BQ24600 for their new products.
At this moment, they have the following question.

In their evaluation, BQ24600 and the external MOSFET got hot.
Could you please give me how to reduce heating of BQ24600 and external MOSFET?
Their evaluation conditions are the follows.
Battery: Li-Ion 2S1P 1000mAh, Vin=11.5V, Icharge=2.15A.
Temperature: BQ24600= about 50 degree C, External high side MOSFET= about 55 degree C.
