    We do not have a pin-to-pin substitute part for the BQ24765 or an integrated FET buck controller. See below for alternatives: 

    1- BQ24725A: SMBus 1-4 cell Buck battery charge controller with N-Channel power MOSFET selector

    2- BQ24735: 1- to 4-Cell Li+ Battery SMBus Charge Controller for Supporting Turbo
    Boost Mode With N-Channel Power MOSFET Selector

    3- BQ24770: SMBus 1-4 cell NVDC Buck battery charge controller with system monitor & processor hot indicator
