LM5034: IC pulse issue

Part Number: LM5034
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC2897A

Hi
we are using LM5034 as pwm controller for our active clamp flyback circuit with top side clamp. we are giving the clamp pulses to an schmitt trigger inverter, the inverted pulse is given to gate driver to drive high side mosfet.
we are facing issue as pulses are not consistent, because during no duty period active clamp out is low making top side gate turn on continuously thereby discharging the clamp capacitors which leads to increase in output voltage during no output pulses as can be seen in figure. Is there any solution to this?
we are using ucc2897a for similar application but during pulse skipping active clamp out is high making Qhigh gate to source low.

Channel 1 is output voltage(5V)  channel 2 is Qlow drain to source  channel 3 is Qhigh gate to source
