Sorry, The customer needs to know the PWM min value of on/off time, Does it support the on/off time 0.5us?

No, just for you refer, we can find the on/off time spec on another devices datasheet.

Why the LM3697 is not mention this info?

Hi Henry,

I think the reason that we didn't list this spec is because LM3697 is actually applying the analog dimming. The input PWM will firstly through a low pass filter so the output will be analog as a result.
