I have questions regarding the Gate-Treiber CSD97395Q4M, and I hope that you can answer these.

According to the datasheet, the recommended PWM should be 85%.

The measurements show a drop in performance only from 95%.

 

What PWM value can we increase up to?

Is it possible to use here PWM between 90-95%?

Is there a way to feed in an increased gate voltage from outside (extern) so that the bootstrap circuit is not necessary, and you can operate the Treiber up to 100% PWM?

    The boot capacitor is charging during off time. This is the reason that PWM duration should be less than 85% of the cycle time. 

    Increasing the gate voltage from outside can cause damage to the internal driver because the V_BOOT - V-BOOTR absolute max voltage is 6V.
