Hi,
The normal device switching frequency is 500kHz (2us), while the defective device switching frequency is 800kHz (1.25us). Also, the output voltage of the normal product is about 5V, while the defective product is about 4.7V.
Could you tell me the cause?
The conditions are as follows.
Vin=24V, Vout=5V, RFBT=100kOhm, RFBB=24.9kOhm, RT=Open, 10kOhm resistor connected in series between VCC pin and SYNC pin
In addition, the following measures were taken, but there was no change in operation.
・Vin=24V supplied from stabilizing power supply
・Increase Cin and Cout constants
・Direct connection between VCC pin and SNYC pin
