What is the input/output voltage？ Do you have tested waveform that can be shared？

Please kindly capture LED current/inductor current，SW/COFF/VIn/VCC waveform are also expected. Thanks

input:48V,output:2.5V-40V(base on the qty of series LED)/700mA.

After a period of stable power on output, the output becomes unstable.

The temperature of Toff Cap and TPS92515HV is too high.

I wonder if you can mark out what it is for each channel in the waveform?

Also,  please kindly capture LED current/inductor current and SW/COFF/VIn/BOOT waveform with oscilloscope. Meanwhile, let me know test condition when waveform was captured. 

Please also provide inductor part number. thanks.
