Hello,
I would like to ask you a question about LMG2610.
TI's GaN products use the Direct-drive method, and are supposed to perform normally-off operation in dMode without cascode.
Does LMG2610 also use the Direct-drive method?
Best regards,

Hi Kaji,
Not all TI GaN products use the direct-drive method. LMG2610 is an enhancement mode device (normally-off) and does not require direct-drive or cascode.
