We don't recommend to do like this, combine two output together. It is better to divide into two parts.

For the highside switch, remove PMOS will reduce the protection when the output short to GND. You can decide depending on your requirement.

Our device has adapt headroom control, combine output together may see some problem.

I got your point and so if we want to monitor the LED current, we need to  monitor each chip individually ,by INA194 or other Current Monitor chip, right?

by the way, for my LED driver requirements, 38LEDs and 220mA each LED

do you have another better suggestions?
