Hi Sylvain,

The mass of the device can be found by looking at the Material Content report.

Navigate to the Ordering & Quality section of the TPS7A4501-SP web page, then click "View or download" under the "Quality, reliability & packaging information" column for the package option that you are interested in.

Once you sign in, scroll to the bottom of the Material Content to find the total mass reported in mg.
