    Hi Ian, 

    Overall, the schematic looks good! See my comments below: 

    1- We have not tested/evaluated the BQ24640 with these specific components at the input. I suggest building a prototype to make sure this meets your design requirements. 

    2- What is the purpose of R10 and R11?

    3- I don't see a capacitor connected from REGN to GND
