I have a question about TPS2120.
If we use the recommended circuit below with 5V and 12V input, and a reverse voltage is accidentally applied at the OUTPUT side, will the device and input still be protected? How will the device behave?

Yes, the device should still be protected as long as the reverse voltage positive side is applied to system ground instead of device ground.
