UCC28C56H-Q1: UCC28C56H q1 duty cycle

Part Number: UCC28C56H-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC28C56H, UCC24612

Dear Team,

I am designing Flyback with UCC28C56H-Q1 for the below specs. As you can see the Transient voltage at input side is for 5sec and remaining times the Steady state voltage will be available in the input side.

Steady state : 101-130Vrms

Transient : 67Vrms - 5sec and 180Vrms - 5sec

Output : 5VDC, Iout 4A, Po 20W

Question :

Is that okay I can desisgn flyback for the Steadysteate only(duty cycle(DC) max 50%), cause the UCC28C56H can support DC upto 100%. do I face the stability issues in the time of transients ?

or you suggest to design the Flyback with considering the Transients?

If I design the Flyback by considering the Transinets, at the time of Steaty state Nominal which is 115Vrms the duty cycle would be around 20-30%. Will this cause any issue?

I can see in the ds  - the design is for 80% dc, which means we need to calulayte for the Nominal volatage ?

FYI - Secondary side is the SR controller (UCC24612).

Pls share your valuable inputs on above !!

Thanks in Advace.
