BQ51050B: IC is not taking power after 1 hour

Part Number: BQ51050B

We are using this IC in our design to charge a 3.7V li-ion battery cell.

Currently the board is placed in epoxy resin and we are trying to charge with a transmitter at a distance approx. of 8mm

The energy exchange takes place for 1 hour but after that it stops taking the power.

We tried to use different transmitter same issue, after putting the receiver aside for half hour and we try to charge again still it doesnt take the power.

The battery capacity is 2000mAh. the Rilim resistors are 320ohm which we implemented from our previous knowledge by posting.
