You can download the "USB2ANY_2.8.2.0_SDK_Setup.exe" file here:

USB2ANY_2.8.2.0_SDK_Setup.exe

The SDK is not required if using a brand-new USB2ANY. If using a brand-new USB2ANY use the USB2ANY Firmware Loader instead and follow update set-up starting Step 5 in Section 1.1.3 Updating USB2ANY Firmware of the BQ79616 Graphical User Interface (GUI) User's Guide.
