TPS563203: SW pin output oscillation

Part Number: TPS563203
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS563206

The customer used TPS563203 for 8.4V input and 4.2V/3A output,  and found that there was oscillation in the SW pin output (see Figure 1 and Figure 2). An RC filter circuit was added later, which made some improvements. However, there was another hysteresis burr in the middle of the rising edges (see the red circled in Figure 3). The schematic diagram is attached. I have suggested that the customer increase the output capacitance and change the two 10uF parallel capacitors to 22uF and cp39 to 18pf. The customer has tried them all, but there has been no improvement.

The attachment file is the SCH and PCB file, could you pls help review and give some suggestion? Thanks.

The oscillation of sw is normal operation in DCM mode, TPS563203 works in PSM mode while in light load ( when half of peak-peak inductor current > Iout), in PSM mode, the Fsw will go lower and high side and low side FET will be both turned off, the oscillation ring is generated by inductor and the capacitor of SW node.

TPS563206 is FCCM part, which keep working on CCM mode, no oscillation ring happen.
