Hello,

I have a question about the Programming Sequence of the TPS65218D0.

When I use the IPG-UI Tool to modify the register values for the DCDC-Converters

the Values in the Registers change to default values which I don't applied after a short time.

Is there any sequence how to change the register values without a reset to default?

    HI Patrick,

    Check Section 5.6.4 in the TPS65218D0 datasheet. Some registers are not part of the EEPROM group and cannot be changed permanently. Only bit fields marked with "E2" in the register map can be changed from the default through the programming process.

    Example:

    For registers marked "E2" you should be able to follow the steps in Section 5.5.1 to change the default settings.
