I'd like to confirm that the referenced part (also 5962-8680603V2A) is immune to SEL and whether or not it has been tested for other types of SEE (SET, SEFI) and, if so, what is the LET threshold and is there a test report available.

The part has not been tested for SEE effects, but is a BJT process.

Hey Brian,

Generally being a BJT process means its immune from destructive effects, but doesn't say anything about SET effects.
