CSD88539ND: Spice Model CSD88539NDT

HI Folks,

I am working on a Cadence PsPice simulation examining the Vds voltage drop at 1A and other design  parameters, I am looking for a spice model to incorporate in my design. After looking online I do not see a model for this part and my simulator does not have one. Could TI post a model for this N channel MOSFET (CSD88539NDT) . Thanks for your time in advance.

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. There is an unencrypted PSpice model available in the CSD88539ND product folder on the TI website. Click on Design & development and you will find the model under the Design tools & simulation tab. You can also download it at the link below.

    HI John, Thanks so much for the help in getting the model. One thing I notice when simulating is I am getting much more voltage drop from Drain to source than expected. I am applying a Vgs of 10Vdc and a cirrent Id of 1A. Based on the data sheet, I was expecting a small Vds of about 0.02V. I am getting about 2V. I am looking at Fig. 4,2 in the data sheet of Ids vs Vds, which shows a small Vds at these conditions. Am I miss understanding the data sheet? Thanks again for your help in advance.

    HI John,

    I figured out the problem, the model is fine. My load was not on the correct side of the FET, so the Fet drive was not as high as I originally thought. Thanks for your help and patience.
