I'm using this part to regulate from 7.5v to 7.0v at 600mA. Now I need the same for 1500mA. I have not been able to find any low noise (for RF) linear regulators that support 1.5A AND also Vin> 7v.
Can I parallel two of the TPS7A4700 together? I do not need the "digital" voltage control pins that this part provides, I can use a regular resistive voltage divider if needed.
Any other ideas?

Yes, you can parallel the TPS7A4700. We have released new resources last year detailing how to do this and an example for this LDO is listed in the first link below. You will want to use the digital voltage control pins, also known as the ANYOUT pins, as this provides a significant benefit to you when paralleling these devices (this is because the error voltage is very small when using the ANYOUT pins but it is not small when using feedback resistors).
I filled out the parallel LDO calculator with your inputs and left the rest of the defaults alone. Based on this, you can use 50 m-ohm ballast resistors in your design. Please reply back if you want any additional support designing this or if you wish for me to review your schematic when it is ready.
