Part Number: LM36011EVM

I am using the LM36011EVM eval kit with the MSP-EXP432P401R launchpad that is supposed to work with this eval kit according to the manual. However, after installing the GUI and running the GUI, the hardware is not detected, Firmware update does not work when I try to update it through the GUI, and I can not control this eval kit. I know that launchpad is working fine (attached pic) as tested by myself and the vendor. Please advice on how to fix this issue. This should be straight forward as I am using the same launchpad recommended by TI.

    Sorry for the late reply, please make sure the XDS110 has been installed successfully with the right version before the GUI installation:

    You can follow the guidance in the EVM user's guide (section 2.2).
