Hi support team,

Is the MIN value of "Common mode input voltage, error amplifier" 0.3V?

"-0.3V" is written in some places.

    I interpret this as 0.3V being the minimum common mode input voltage. When you see the negative, "-", this is likely referring to 0.3V applied to the inverting input terminal to give -0.3V.

    TL494 says "-0.3 to VCC-2", but are there any differences in the specification?

    Is the difference only in the way it is written?

    The common mode input voltage range parameter you are highlighting specifies that the minimum common mode voltage is bound between -0.3V<VCM<VCC-2V. The voltage that is common to both inputs of the op amp can be anything within this range. Most opamps are limited to within a diode drop of the supply rail limits. The TL594 is biased between VCC and GND which set the limits of -0.3V (diode drop below GND) and VCC-2V (approximate diode drop below VCC).
