My customer is not able to pass thermals even with UC1843 SOIC 8 pin sample that you have sent. There plan is to go with CDIP package because of better Rdethaj, please let us know is there any plan of TI to phase out any of below mentioned IC in next 10 years.
Is there any other next generation that we can recommend, if not, which device out of below we can recommend to customer.

Hi Saurabh.
I noticed that UC1843 and all the parts that you mentioned at the end are Military category. Unfortunately, we do not still developing part in that category. If by any chance you are not restricted to military, I recommend using UCCx8C5x family. These devices are BiCMOS (UCC...) rather than Bipolar (UC..). Meaning that have lower current consumption, better accuracy and higher speed circuit (see table below).
