LM5020: Questions of LM5020

Dear Team,

It needs to have LM5020 on boost application schematic with below condition by our customer. Do we have suitable reference design?

Please help comment for our customer reference.

Vin: 48V

Vout: 54V

Power: 30W.

I only find this reference design as below, but vout is 3.3V.

    Hi Jimmy,

    Thanks for reaching out. The design you've attached to your post is that of a secondary side regulated (SSR) flyback converter, not of a boost converter.
    Does your customer require galvanic isolation with a transformer and an optocoupler, like shown above? Otherwise a regular boost converter topology could also be evaluated.
