Is there any function to prevent shoot through current case (like adding dead time) or protection from shoot through current?

    Hi Hayashi,

    The device has short circuit protection to protect against shoot through current. This monitors the current through the device and protects the device by turning it off when shoot through current is detected. This is listed in the data sheet under circuit protection. Deadtime can be added through your controller to prevent shoot through from the control side.
