UCC25800-Q1: alternative to SN6507?

Hi Team,

customer is looking for an alternative to SN6507 for following requirements

Vin = 20V
Vout = 120V
I = 150mA

Would UCC25800-Q1 work here?

Hi,

UCC25800 output power capability at Vin 20V is about 5W.

It looks in your case Vout x I = 120V x 150mA = 18W, if this is true in your case, UCC25800 cannot output that much power.

Hi,

I think UCC2808A-2 can be considered and use it in an open loop configuration of push-pull.
