Hi,
Is this a bipolar or CMOS?
Do you know of any radiation test data on this part?

Hello Munir,
Ryan will respond to this by tomorrow.
Thanks,

Hi Munir,
The TPS548A20 is BiCMOS. What do you mean by radiation data? Do you mean radiation exposure?
Best,
Ryan
Hi Munir,
We do not normally conduct any radiation testing on our parts. If you need radiation rated devices, I would reach out to the High Reliability Team.
Regarding electrically or heavy ion I will get back to you, but there is a link for the Quality, reliability, and packaging data download | TI.com for the TPS548A20. TI follows the JEDEC (JESD78D) standards when testing for latchup.
Here is also a link to Space Power Products that are tested for space grade: TI Space Products (Rev. I)
Best,
Ryan
Usually TI performs electrical latchup testing. II found many of TI parts even have it in the product spec.
Hi Munir,
We follow JESD78 and is electrical
