LM3488Q-Q1: Voltage drop under high temperature test

Part Number: LM3488Q-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM3488, LM5155

Hi expert,

My customer is using LM3488 as a sepic to power control board of traction inverter.

Here is their block.

Here is their schematic.

When they put the module in 85°C temperature and tested for 20 hours, the 5V output dropped to 4.2V causing the driver IC report UVLO and shut down the IGBT.

Here is the waveform:

CH1 is HVDC

CH2\3 are IGBT switch.

CH4 is the output voltage of LM3488, which drop to 4.2V

CH5 is the input voltage of LM3488

CH6 is the FLT pin of gate driver IC

CH7 is the input power supply of gate driver IC, same as CH4

CH8 is the other LM3488's 5V output on the same board

What can cause this drop?

After they change compensation parameters to this, their test have been fine for 2-3 days till now. Do they have some relations?

Thanks!
