I am trying to test my design around LM35027.
Prototype design is working as expected on the bench. But it is failing 15KV (ESD) test.
Everytime RT1 pin i.e Pin 7 is found shorted to ground.
Request you to suggest updates that can be made to my design to pass ESD test rated at 15KV.

ESD specifications are tested according to very specific JEDEC standards and are given in the data sheet below as:
I am, also attaching the LM25037 quality report. I am not sure how you are subjecting 15kV to the LM25037 but as you can see from the values in the data sheet, the amplitude of your ESD pulse is much higher then the device pins are rated for.
