LM5163-Q1: Leakage of PGOOD ports in LM5163-Q1 (and LMR38010-Q1)

Good morning

What is the maximum input leakage @150°C (or 125°C) of PGOOD port

(i.e. when voltage is regulated inside of the ‘good’ range,
it should be a MOS --> Zero Gate Voltage Drain Current)

for:

• LMR38010-Q1
• LM5163-Q1

@Vds = 5V - 10V

Do you have any data or graph showing this aspect?

If you don’t have any,
can you suggest similar discrete MOSFETs to draw data from?
