LMR43610-Q1: Difference between LMQ66410-Q1

Dear team

Can you please tell me the main difference between LMR43610-Q1 vs. LMQ66410-Q1? And which is more recommended by TI?

Of course 66410 has internal bypass and boot cap and good for EMI, but 43610 is also good for EMI. Even though 66410 is cheaper than 43610 in web price, it make me confused more...

HI Yuto,

The main difference is that the LMR43610 is a converter and the LMQ66410 is a module. Really, they are quite similar in performance so either is ok depending on the customer's preference. usually, the module will be a bit harder to thermally design for since the inductor is included inside the die, so if that is a key careabout, it is better to select a converter.

I don't think LMQ66410 is module. It does not integrate inductor. Please make a comment based on it.

Sorry, I was thinking of another part at the moment.

I think in this case, I don't think there is that much of a difference since the LMQ664x0 part is a more recent part when compared to the LMR43610.
