TPS7A4501-SP: Replacement with higher power / current.

I'm looking for a LDO with more current capacity than the 5962-1222401QHA (generic TPS7A4501) in the same footprint. This part current is an outline 'H' which is a 10-pin flatpack. This would be for a 5V to 1.5V application.

Hi Anthony,

The TPS7H1101A-SP can supply 3A max IOUT. It is the only space-grade LDO we currently offer that supplies more than 1.5A. Unfortunately it does not have the same package as the TPS7A4501-SP, though both devices do have a KGD option.
