Hi team,

I found Vout at light load in PFM mode is slightly higher than that in PWM mode.

Does this device increase regulated voltage when in PFM light load condition?

Shinji,

In PFM mode the output voltage ripple is much higher than in PWM mode.

you can see the performance differences in each mode in the datasheet.
