Sorry, I made a mistake.

the size should be 0.3mm to 0.5mm, 20 means there is 20 of such pads, including horizontal and vertical ones.

for pin, typ is 0.24mm and i can understand max is 0.29mm.

but, for b. typ is 0.2mm. could you please clarify 0.29 is for b.?
