Hello TI Support,
I have a AM5708 design that is having poor yields, with the processor not booting being the main failure. The PMIC being used is TPS659163RGZ, which is OTP variant that has LDO3 and SMPS5 output voltage set to zero volts. Is pin 45 a no connect? The data sheet indicates that pin 45 is SMPS5_FDBK is the voltage sense for SMPS5 and should be grounded.
Pins 6, 45 and 47 are also not connected, and pin 46 SMPS5_IN is connected to the system supply of 3.3V..
Is this okay?
