ULN2803C: ULN2803C Available replacement type from ULN2803ADW or ULN2803ADWG4

Hello,

I am a bit confused.
I have been using the ULN2803 types in my designs and products for years.
Unfortunately I have not received any information that the ULN2803ADW is being discontinued.

Now the question for me is whether there is a suitable replacement type?

The ULN2803ADWG4 is supposedly still in production, but cannot be obtained from any distributor!

The successor type ULN2803C is also currently not available for purchase!

Is there another suitable type?

Is there a clear statement when we can expect an available replacement?

I need 500 units in the short term and around 800 more by the end of the year.

The alternative would be our next step, a redesign to transistors and diodes. But then we would no longer use ULN types in the future.
