Use TPS544C25 for CORE power supply VCCINT (0.85V) of Zynq Ultrascale+ SoC XCZU11EGFFVF1517
・Main power supply is +12V
・Set the output voltage with VSET
・PMBUS is not used (a connector is provided)
・CNTL is pull-up with BP3, it is assumed that the power will be turned on when the main power is turned on.
・Soft-start time is set to 1ms in TSNS_SS
・DIFFO/COMP/RT settings were calculated using Webench with the outside temperature set to 50℃.
current situation
Even when the main power is turned on, 0.85V is not output (remains at 0V)
BP3, BP6 are output correctly
CNTL is 3.3V at BP3 pull-up
RESET_B is 3.3V at BP3 pull-up
I don't have USB-TO-GPIO2 at hand, so I don't know the status of the device.
Is there anything I should check?
Do you have any points to point out regarding the circuit design?
Hi Takashi,
We will provide comments on the schematic early next week.
Do you have any interest in ordering a USB-TO-GPIO? USB-TO-GPIO2 Evaluation board | TI.com
PMBUS communication would allow us to check the fault status of the device.
Best regards,
Britton
Dear Britton-san
Thank you for reply
We got USB-TO-GPIO2.
I found out that an OCF error has occurred.
After examining the circuit diagram, I discovered that the Bootstrap connection was incorrect......
By correcting the connection, I was able to successfully output 0.85V and start the FPGA!
