I have two questions:

1. Are there documents for UCC25640 and UCC25660?

2. There is no information about the HV PIN design of UCC256603 in the datasheet. How should I handle it?

(Please tell me how to "HV startup is disable")

Hi,

We don't have any documents for the comparison. You can refer the datasheets for detailed description of the features.

Here is the brief summary of comparison between these two devices.

In 603, HV startup is disabled. So, you can connect that pin to GND.

Can UCC256601 also disable HV PIN?

And when can I purchase UCC256603?

Hi Chulo,

If you do not wish to use the HV startup, you can tie this pin to GND. The UCC256603 will be available to order in May 2024.
