Hi TI expert,
Now I want to use LM25116 to generate a negative voltage.
Total spec is that:
- Vin: 12.6V
- Vout: -13V
- Iout: 3.5A~4A
As for inductor, I want to use SER1360-103KLB(Coilcraft), which is 10uH, Rated current 7A.
As for MOSFET, I want to use SI7852ADP-T1-E3(VISHAY), which is VDS:80V, continuous current 30A.
Datasheet are as below: could you please give some advice if they are suitable for this above spec.
