TPS84210 and TPS84610 are in a plastic Quad Flatpack (BQFN) 39 pin RKG package.

I don't have a listing of a TPS84150 but there will be a TPS84250 in a plastic Quad Flatpack (BQFN) 41 pin RKG package

They are both RKG package but have different footprint because of the number of pins.

Sometimes the link to the package dimensions that get appended to the back of the datasheet gets broken. Multiple existing posts will point you to Jim Gravley as the point of contact to get the drawing. He'll also make sure the datasheet links get corrected if they are broken. I'll forward this post to him so the problem can be corrected.
