Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5045
Hi professional team.
I'm testing output voltage adjustable power supply.
Maximum Power : 480[w] (Burst operating)
Input : 48V.
Output Voltage : 10~120Vdc Adjustable by DAC voltage.
Non-isolation type.
Output currnet : max 4A.
Auxiliary voltage : 12V.
controller : UCC28950.
Main Transformer turn ratio : 1-3 (Primary : 7, Secondary : 20 Turns)
- Snubber cap : 470pF, 560R
Efficiency : Don't care.
Unfortunately, UCC28950 controller can adjustable output voltage,
But secondary large spike voltage(Up to 500Vdc) makes me difficult.
Snubber resistor has very lot so it makes smoke in output low voltage.
I read that UCC28950 is not efficiency about low voltage input in other column.
Can you give me another solution more simple?
Ss LM5045 simple solution for me?
