TPS92682-Q1: Unused Pin

Part Number: TPS92682-Q1

(1) There are 2 channels, but please tell me how to handle the terminals if 1 channel is unused.

(2) This is a 2ch product, but is there an equivalent 1ch product?

  • Hello,

I don't fully understand your question here.  But here's an attempt.

    1.  If there are 2 channels on the board and if you do not use one channel then you just don't enable that channel in the EN register.

    2.  I really don't understand what you are asking here please give more details.

    Thanks Tuan

  • thank you for your reply.

    (1) channel-2 is not used. Is it okay to leave related pins GATE2, ISP2, FB2, COMP2, FLT2, and PWM2 open?

Is terminal processing such as pull-down required?

    (2) "Single-Channel Constant-Voltage and Constant-Current Controller Do you have parts for "with SPI Interface"?

  • Hello,

    1.  Yes, it's ok to leave GATE2, ISP2, FB2, COMP2, FLT2 and PWM2 open.  In addition, you need to verify that CH2EN is also set to 0 for disabled.

    2.  Currently we only have the TPS92682 an SPI interface part and not a single channel part.

    Thanks Tuan
