UCC23313: Question about spice model

Hi team,

I would like to know if we have spice model for this device, customer would like to make some simulation base on this device. And customer want to use LT spice.

If not, do we have any similar devices with this model that can enable customers to use LTspice?

    Hi Jenson,

    I have made a model for UCC21551, UCC21550B, and also for UCC21750. 

    I have not yet made a model for the UCC23313. This device will soon be replaced by the UCC23525, for which I likely will have to make a PSPICE model.
