Hello,

The TPS784 is available in a normal version and a B version. 

The difference is that pin 7 EN and pin 6 not connected are swapped with pin 7 not connect and pin 6 enable. 

Is is allowed to connect enable to both pin 6 and 7 to make the footprint of both versions? 

Or is the NC pin internally used?

    This connection is possible, the NC pin is not internally connected. We do recommend connecting NC to GND for improved thermal performance, but this is just a consideration you will have to make in the layout phase of the project.
