Dear Sir,
I am currently working on a new project that involves utilizing the BQ24617 for the pilot. However, I have encountered an issue where the quiescent current exceeds the specified 2mA mentioned in the datasheet. Upon further investigation, I have produced 10 boards and discovered that 3 of them are exhibiting problems. Specifically, certain components are experiencing failures in the Vref pin and Reg pin, resulting in no output. It seems apparent that something has caused damage to these components.
