I've reviewed the data sheet and schematics for the subject part. As I understand it - this part has no suppression diode connected to Pin 20. Is that correct?
If you feel my claim is incorrect, could you please draw the path that the current flows through while conducting the suppression current from pin 20 back to the power supply.
