Dear all,

Could you pls check the information of REGOUT Config default setting in the datasheet?

It showed 0x08, but the default setting is 0x06

    Hello Chris,

    It seems that 0x08 enables the regulator, by default 3.3-V is the output of the regulator. The default setting of 0x06 is for the Settings:Configuration:REGOUT Config[REGCTL_2:0] bits. So in reality, it would be technically be "0x0E" if we assume 0x06 was written to the register.

    Since this is the default setting, my assumption is that the regulator setting of "0x06" is written to the OTP. So the Settings:Configuration:REGOUT Config[] register, which normally configures the LDO, will read only the REG_EN bit as set. This is my assumption.

    Tomorrow I can go ahead and check this from my side and give a confirmation on it.
