We are using your LMZ36002RVQT part in some boards we are doing thermal analysis on and need additional information that is not in the datasheet. We need the thermal resistance from the junction to the board, case top, and case bottom.

Hello,

Please refer to Section 6.4 of the device datasheet for the thermal resistance parameters of the device. What is listed in the associated table are the parameters available for this device.

I also need the thermal resistance from the junction to the board, junction to the case top, and junction to the case bottom which is not in the datasheet or the table below.
