BQ77216: BQ77216 OCT question

Part Number: BQ77216

Hi Team,

My customer use BQ7721609 in their system, and we noticed the OTC is 83℃, Could customer series a resistor with Rntc to achieve 100℃ OTC? If any risk here? And for the Rntc selection, do we have some special requirement for NTC parameters? Customer use genera 10Kohm NTC. And what is the internal pull up voltage for the TS pin? Thanks a lot for your support to check.

Best regards

Jie

  • Hi Jie,

Theoretically they could, however the maximum recommended operating temperature is 85 degrees. Past this temperature we don't guarantee the device performance.

We don't have a spec for the bias voltage, but it should be around 1.5V.
